Rynci Professional Software License

1. Evaluation
You may evaluate the available local Rynci features for 14 calendar days, starting when a protected command is first used. Help, status and bundled demonstration commands do not start the evaluation. The trial is not a commitment to purchase.
2. Perpetual single-user license
Payment of $99.00 USD grants one named individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use eligible Rynci releases for lawful internal or professional software-development purposes. You may use eligible versions indefinitely. The purchase does not transfer the copyright or grant permission to publish, sublicense, redistribute, or resell the proprietary software or registration key.
3. Updates
The purchase includes access to Rynci releases dated within 365 days after purchase. Releases dated later are not included unless you obtain an additional update entitlement. Previously eligible versions will not expire solely because the update period ends. We do not promise unlimited future feature updates or a particular release schedule.
4. Third-party dependencies
Docker, Git, act, Python, Playwright, and other libraries are separate products governed by their own licenses and terms. Rynci does not guarantee compatibility with every GitHub workflow or hosted runner. See the included third-party notices.
5. Security and responsibility
Rynci can cause arbitrary workflow and agent code to execute on your computer when you explicitly request execution. You are responsible for reviewing the code, working with credentials securely and choosing an appropriate isolated execution environment. Local reports may contain sensitive log evidence.
6. Warranty and limitations
Rynci is supplied as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal CI compatibility, or that an analysis will detect every error. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the license where enforceable; this does not limit statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
7. Billing, refunds and contact
Payments are processed by Stripe. The refund policy and privacy notice apply. Submit questions using the private support form.
These launch terms should be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which the software will be sold.
