Privacy Notice
Effective: November 2026.
Rynci is supplied by Jackson & Schwab Technologies. Rynci's local CLI stores its run history, reports, evaluation state, and license key on your machine. The software does not automatically upload repository source code or diagnostic reports to Rynci.
Payments and license delivery
When you buy a license, Stripe processes your payment and provides transaction identifiers, payment status and the checkout email address to Rynci. Rynci stores the checkout reference, purchaser email, a salted/randomized browser claim proof, license claim status, and security rate-limit records in protected server storage. Rynci does not collect full card details.
Rynci does not automatically email customers their registration keys. Stripe handles payment processing and may provide receipts according to your Stripe account settings. After payment, Rynci shows the license in the original browser and offers a text-file download. A secure first-party cookie is used to prevent a leaked payment URL from revealing your key.
Technical logs and retention
The web host may retain access and error logs for security and operational purposes. License transactions, support tickets and billing references are retained as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, fraud prevention and customer support obligations. Ticket tracking links contain a private access token. New support requests (including the submitted email address and message) are also sent to our support team through the hosting provider's email service and delivered to an external mailbox provider. Private tracking tokens and customer replies are not emailed. The site does not send email notifications to customers when ticket responses are posted.
Your choices
To ask about your data, corrections or deletion subject to legal retention obligations, contact the private support form. Do not paste private source code or credentials in a support request.
