RYNCI PROFESSIONAL END USER LICENSE — RELEASE 0.7.0

Copyright (c) 2026 Jackson & Schwab Technologies. All rights reserved.

Rynci Professional is proprietary software, except for explicitly identified
third-party components under their own terms. Use of older releases remains
governed by the licenses actually granted with those earlier copies; this
license does not revoke previously granted MIT rights.

EVALUATION. You may evaluate Rynci Professional free of charge for fourteen
(14) consecutive 24-hour periods after your first professional command.
No account, card or subscription is required for local evaluation.

SINGLE USER PERPETUAL LICENSE. Upon a valid one-time purchase and delivery of
a vendor-signed license, the purchaser receives a nonexclusive,
nontransferable license for one individual to use Rynci Professional for
personal and commercial software development. Eligible released versions may
be used perpetually without additional payment. This purchase includes access
to new feature versions published during the first 365 days after purchase.
Later versions may be separately priced; they do not invalidate prior eligible
versions. One license is not a floating team or organization-wide license.

RESTRICTIONS. Except where mandatory law permits, you may not redistribute,
resell, sublicense, or publish commercial Rynci binaries or new proprietary
source, share a license credential with additional users, or remove required
third-party notices. The purchaser does not acquire ownership of copyright.

DISCLAIMERS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS
PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CI replay may differ from hosted environments,
and verification results cannot guarantee all defects are detected. Rynci
may execute untrusted code when explicitly configured to do so; use a secure,
disposable environment for untrusted workflows.

THIRD PARTIES. Dependencies remain governed by their original licenses;
required notices are included in the native distribution. Docker, Git and act
are external products with independent terms.

Privacy, refunds, statutory consumer rights, and support obligations are
subject to applicable law and any final published seller terms. This file
should receive legal review before commercial distribution.
